1. Delivery Timeline

We work hard to get your products to you as fast as possible.

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 2 to 4 working days.

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4 to 7 working days.

Please note: Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed on the next working day. Delivery times may vary slightly during peak shopping seasons, sales events, or due to unexpected weather/logistical disruptions.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping across Pakistan. (Tip: You can insert your specific rate here, e.g., Rs. 200, or mention "Free Shipping on orders above Rs. X").

  • Order Verification: All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp before processing.

3. Shipping Methods

We partner with Pakistan's leading and most reliable courier services (such as Leopards, TCS, Trax, or M&P) to ensure your package arrives securely.

  • We offer both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Advance Payment (Bank Transfer/EasyPaisa/JazzCash) options at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing your unique tracking number. You can use this number on the respective courier's website to track your package in real-time.

5. Damaged or Missing Parcels

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, or if any items are missing from your order, please contact us immediately (within 24–48 hours of delivery) so we can resolve the issue for you.
